In-person appointments may include a variety of modalities - acupuncture, massage, therapeutic laser, physical rehabilitation, behavior modification - as medically appropriate based on the patient's condition, the caregiver and animal care team's therapy goals, and the willingness of the patient to receive that modality. Virtual work at this price tier might include extensive video or journal review, or close collaboration via email inbetween sessions.

These sessions cover tasks and topics that are beyond the regular checkin or work routine and require significant mental effort from all involved individuals.
To make the most of an advanced work session, it's important to eliminate distractions and create an environment that fosters productivity.
