Scheduling Policy

As a Cultivate Community member enrolled in one of our subscriptions, you will be able to connect with our team to set appointments for a variety of services as outlined in your subscription agreement.

 

In order to set up an appointment, please send an email to reception.desk@cultivatewellbeing.health, including your name, the service or product requested, the location requested, and at least two requested appointment times.

A few important notes!

  • Appointment requests via text or phone will not be accepted - sending them to our email address helps us make sure we don’t miss any of your communications, and that we reply in a timely manner.

  • If you can provide more than two requested times, it is more likely that we will be able to meet one of your requests!

  • Note that at least five business days notice is required for an appointment. For example, if you want to set up an appointment for Monday, send us an email no later than Wednesday morning of the previous week. This way, we’ll have everything you need by the time you meet with us!

  • Remember that our spaces are shared across our community. Thank you for helping to keep our community safe!

Our team will provide you with confirmation of the appointment via email, or propose alternative times if neither of your requests can be met.

 

Remember that some of our subscription members receive unlimited 24-hour access to some practitioner services. If you are interested in changing your subscription, let us know!
