Bio- and Psyche-Security Protocol

Waypoints are shared spaces for our entire community.

Our community serves a wide variety of practitioners, their clients, and patients spread over a wide geographic area.  In order to continue to safely serve our diverse community, we ask that everyone continually observe these biosecurity protocols.

Thank you for helping to keep our community safe!

Members, non-members, clients/guests

  • Only members are allowed unaccompanied access to Waypoint locations.

  • Members are responsible for ensuring their clients/guests adhere to this bio & psyche- security protocol and participate in community culture throughout their time at the Waypoint.

  • Non-members may request an accompanied visit, pickup appointment, etc. via the Scheduling Policy.

  • During Events, Waypoint Stewards will ask the following questions at entrance:

    • Name

    • Goal of entrance

    • Who of our community do you know?

    • How did you reach this location? I.e. what link did you follow, where and how did you find the address?

      • Acceptable answers:

        • Substack: Cultivate, CFTH

        • LinkedIn: CA, Cultivate, CFTH

        • Website: Virtual Waypoint

        • Flyer - Shared today.

Mask-use in Communal Areas

  • Masks are not required when in the Cultivate suite at Colfax Waypoint, and when indoors at the Lafayette Waypoint.

  • Please prefer to cancel an appointment with a practitioner of our community when you feel unwell.  The bio-safety of our community is of the utmost importance - please help us continue to serve others by taking bio & psyche-safety measures if you feel unwell.

Tone of Voice & Activity Volume

  • Many of our community members are working with reactive / hypervigilant patients and/or with modalities that require a quiet environment.  Please modulate your tone (particularly when greeting clients) in order to not disturb other ongoing appointments.
