Waypoint Biosecurity Protocol
Waypoints are shared spaces for our entire community. Our community serves a wide variety of practitioners. Clients and patients often travel long distances to work with our practitioners. Additionally, many of our practitioners offer mobile & housecall services over a wide geographic area
In order to safely serve our diverse community, we ask that everyone continually observe these biosecurity protocols.
Thank you for helping to keep our community safe!

Members, non-members, clients/guests
- Only members are allowed unaccompanied access to Waypoint locations.
- Members are responsible for ensuring their clients/guests adhere to this biosecurity protocol and participate in community culture throughout their time at the Waypoint.
- Non-members may request an accompanied visit, pickup appointment, etc. via the Scheduling Policy
Tone of Voice & Activity Volume
- Many of our community members are working with reactive / hypervigilant patients and/or with modalities that require a quiet environment. Please modulate your tone (particularly when greeting clients) in order to not disturb other ongoing appointments.
